First option is the one we have always offered – you need your:

  • Customer Reference Number
  • Web Password

You can find these on any letter or annual statement that we have sent you

 

Second option is a new way to login – you just need your:

  • Mobile phone number (that is noted on your PRA account)

We will send a PIN to the mobile number as part of the login process so make sure you have your phone to hand

To login using your mobile phone the number must be registered on your PRA Account.

As part of the login process we will send a PIN to that registered number.
